Career journey
Aided with the design and implementation of Artiva Healthcare as a replacement for FACS. Oversaw the migration of all client workflows and client data from FACS to Artiva. Built and managed a team of Artiva Software Engineers which enhance and maintain Artiva for 7 different lines of business supporting over 450 users.
Responsible for all aspects of the Artiva Healthcare application at ESS and support of its 700+ users distributed among 191 client hospitals and a corporate call center. As a member of the executive leadership team, helped analyze business requirements and advised where programming resources could assist in automation, simplification, or increased accuracy. Managed a team of 2 to develop Artiva and provide end-user desktop support.
Coordinated requirements meetings and discussed deliverables for enhancements to the Artiva Architect system. Documented, developed, and tested solutions on schedule. Participated in peer code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality code delivery.
Developed, tested, and documented file interfaces for Emprise's clients utilizing FACS Enable to client-provided specifications.
